NDIS

NDIS stands for the National Disability Insurance Scheme. It was introduced in 2013 to assist with finding supports for people with a disability.

To be eligible for NDIS funding: you need to be aged between 9 and 65, be living in Australia with citizenship or permanent residency, have a disability which is caused by permanent impairment, and need disability specific supports to assist with daily activities.

If you are unsure whether you are eligible for NDIS, you can check your eligibility using the NDIS checker.

Saha Supports provides services to NDIS participants, we are dedicated to empowering
individuals with disabilities to live productive lives. We can work directly with you and your support coordinator to ensure that you get the care and support that you need.

At Saha Supports, we charge for services based on the NDIS price guide. This means there is no out of pocket charge for you to receive our services. Our Schedule of fees are in line with NDIS Price Guides

TAC

TAC stands for the Transport Accident Commission and it’s a government body that provides support and financial aid to people injured in transport accidents in Victoria.

There are many different areas where the TAC can provide support including medical treatment, rehabilitation, income support. The TAC also operates under a “no fault” scheme meaning that supports and medical benefits are offered to everyone, regardless of who
caused the accident to occur.

Saha Supports provide services to TAC funded clients, and we can offer dedicated in-home support to ensure that you can continue to get the care that you need whilst remaining at home.

Complex Neurological Conditions

A neurological condition describes any sort of disease or disorder that affects the brain or spinal cord. There are many conditions that fall under the umbrella of complex neurological conditions. These can include but are not limited to.

My Services

I provide supportive, family-centered services designed to help children, parents, and caregivers overcome challenges and build healthier relationships. From behavioral coaching to supervised visitation and mental health support for women, my goal is to empower every family to thrive.

Behavioral Coaching for Children

Children sometimes struggle with behaviors that make home, school, or friendships difficult. Through one-on-one coaching, I use positive, evidence-based strategies to help children develop self-control, communication, problem-solving, and social skills. My sessions are designed to be encouraging, practical, and tailored to each child’s unique needs so they can grow with confidence.

Parenting Support & Coaching

Parenting a child with behavioral challenges can be overwhelming. I provide individual coaching for parents and caregivers to teach effective techniques for managing behaviors, setting healthy boundaries, and strengthening family bonds. Together, we create calmer, more consistent routines and a supportive home environment where everyone can thrive.

Supervised Visitation Services

For families needing a neutral and safe environment for parent-child contact, I offer supervised visitation services. These sessions ensure that children can maintain meaningful relationships with their parents while safeguarding their emotional and physical well-being. I provide structured visits, careful observation, and clear communication so both parents and children feel supported.

Mental Health Coaching for Women

Women often carry unique emotional burdens — from everyday stress and anxiety to the challenges of postpartum depression. I offer compassionate mental health coaching specifically for women, helping them regain balance, develop self-care practices, rebuild confidence, and find peace in their daily lives. Together, we create an action plan that respects each woman’s personal journey toward wellness.

Community Based Care

Community-based care involves providing supports in a person’s home or in the community as opposed to doing so in a hospital or other institution such as a nursing home. The importance of community-based care is that it helps people to remain independent in their community, whilst keeping them out of hospital or other facilities.

At Saha Supports, our team is very experienced at providing care within the home. We can work with you to ensure that you get back to the things that you enjoy doing, and that you can live a fulfilling and productive life.
